Singapore Ice Cream Company was born from a simple idea: make ice cream the right way — with clean ingredients, honest flavours, and real passion.

Founded by two friends from New Zealand, Nick and Dave, the company blends New Zealand’s heritage of quality dairy with Singapore’s deep love for food. After living in Singapore for over a decade, they saw an opportunity to create gelato that respects both worlds — thoughtfully crafted, flavour-driven, and made for a city that truly appreciates great taste.

Our gelato is made using carefully selected ingredients, without unnecessary additives, letting natural flavours shine. Every batch is developed with balance in mind: rich yet light, indulgent yet clean, familiar yet exciting.
